Who we are

Chesalon USA, Inc. (“Chesalon”, “we”) is an engineering and technology consultancy based in Houston, Texas. We operate this website and publish the apps covered by the product policies above. For products sold by Chesalon but made by others, such as the Niroga 470 stethoscope and its companion app, the manufacturer's own privacy policy applies to the product and app.

This website

  • Server logs. Like any website, our server records the IP address, requested page, browser type and time of each visit. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, and delete them on a rolling basis.
  • Cookies. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics on this site.
  • Embedded content.The interactive 3D scene on our homepage is loaded from Spline's servers, and product links go to Amazon. Those services receive your IP address when their content loads, under their own privacy policies.
  • Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not use personal information for advertising or share it with advertisers.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. Write to privacy@chesalon.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.

We update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date. Product policies carry their own dates.
