The Chesalon Smart Ring app may process account details, device identifiers, app diagnostics, ring sync status, and wellness signals such as activity, sleep, wellness score, and heart metric trends when you use compatible Chesalon titanium smart ring features.
We use information to operate the app, pair and sync your ring, show daily wellness insights, support Apple Watch and widget experiences, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and improve product reliability and usability.
Chesalon Smart Ring is designed for general wellness and habit-building. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical advice.
We may work with trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, security, and app distribution. We do not sell personal wellness data.
You can manage app permissions from your device settings, remove widgets, uninstall the app, or contact support to request help with account and data questions where applicable.
